1. Scope of this Cookie Policy

This policy describes cookies and similar browser technologies relevant to the Veldon Spotlight website. Cookies are small values that a website can place in your browser. Local storage and session storage are other ways a browser can retain information for a site. A tracking pixel or embedded service may also create a request to another provider.

This policy distinguishes the custom website sections from the storefront platform and any separately installed features. It should be read with Privacy Policy, which explains the current browser-only event brief and direct communications.

2. Technologies used by the custom sections

The custom Veldon Spotlight sections do not set cookies or write to local storage or session storage. They do not include analytics tags, advertising pixels, social media widgets or embedded third-party video players. Images are website assets rather than embedded entertainment platforms.

The form and service windows use temporary page state to open, close, validate fields and display a brief confirmation. That temporary interface state is not an advertising cookie. Event brief entries are not sent to a server or saved to browser storage by these sections.

The navigation menu and process-stage controls work in the page without storing a visitor profile. Closing the brief window clears its entries. The sections do not fingerprint a device or load an external font service.

3. Storefront and hosting functionality

The storefront platform may use necessary technologies for page delivery, security, consent choices or other enabled platform functions. Its behavior is separate from the custom sections. The precise technologies depend on the storefront configuration, enabled features, visitor region and installed applications.

A service business website does not automatically require advertising cookies or a shopping-cart workflow. A platform function should not be treated as active just because it is technically available. Where platform-level notices or controls are displayed, use those controls for the platform features they describe.

4. Technology categories

The agreed event plan should identify the platform, access arrangements, participant notices and recording settings. Do not enter platform passwords or private event links into the general website brief.

8. Duration and personal information

No cookie or storage duration applies to the custom brief entries because these sections do not save them in cookies, local storage or session storage. Temporary form values remain on the page while the brief window is open and are cleared when it closes.
